This will be a silent day of refuge and renewal.
We will pray together in the nave: Entering the spirit of Advent: open to the indwelling of Emmanuel and waiting for the incarnation of God's love.
We will pray together though our bodies as each is able (all levels are welcome) to songs of joy and anticipation. We will meditate: to rest in God that God may rest in us.
Rachel Merga returns to prepare a delicious and nourishing vegetarian lunch for mindful eating at tables around the font.
Rev frank Dunn will join us and celebrate Eucharist. All are welcome at the table.
