A time to unwind
to pray with our bodies
to sit in meditation
in the nave facing the altar
No previous experience of yoga necessary.
Everything can be modified for every body.
Props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat and cushion if you wish. Please bring layers of clothing for comfort.
SEPTEMBER 4
Theme: Concern for the poor.
We will reflect on the suffering and care of the poor,
learn a sequence to The Cry of the Poor, and sit in meditation.
OCTOBER 2
We will prepare for the upcoming feast day of St Francis.
We wil pray to The Peace Prayer.and sit in meditation.
Suggested donation $20 to the church or whatever you wish to pay.
No one will be turned away.
